Consultation & Build Plan
We discuss your power goals, budget, and driving style. Whether it's a weekend warrior or a track monster, we'll map out the right build path.
Vehicle Drop-Off & Inspection
Full vehicle inspection including compression test, boost leak test, and baseline dyno pull to document your starting point.
Teardown & Disassembly
Engine pull, teardown, and component inspection. We document everything and identify any hidden issues before parts ordering.
Parts Sourcing & Assembly
We source quality parts from trusted brands (IAG, Killer B, Tomei, GSC) and meticulously assemble with proper torque specs and clearances.
Installation & Break-In
Engine reinstallation, supporting mod installation, and controlled break-in procedure to seat rings and verify oil pressure.
Custom Dyno Tune
COBB Protuner custom dyno tune with real-time data logging. Multiple pulls to dial in fueling, timing, and boost targets safely.
QC & Road Test
Data review, road test for drivability, and final adjustments. We check for boost leaks, oil leaks, and verify all parameters.
Delivery & Dyno Sheet
Walk-through of your build, dyno results review, break-in instructions, and your before/after dyno sheets. Time to enjoy the boost.
